Advent Windows in Greenwich is a project organised by St Alfege Church, whereby Greenwich homes, shops, pubs, schools and community groups open their windows in a living Advent Calendar. For over a hundred years, the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run (LBVCR) has been held on the first Sunday in November.
