London Games Festival
The London Games Festival is back for its third year, with more events and mind-blowing entertainment than ever.
From 24 October to 2 November, the third of these festivals brings a ‘celebration of games and interactive entertainment’ to the capital.
This unique festival is designed to attract everyone interested in ‘interactive entertainment’, from parents to bedroom gamers, women and those hoping to find work in the industry.
Expanded 2008 programme
This year’s festival sees over 50 events across the capital.
There are many highlights to look out for including a GamesIndustry.biz career fair with free sessions aimed at helping people into the industry, a spectacular orchestral event, Video Games Live 2008, a chance to play the latest games at EuroGamer Expo 2008 and the London MCM Expo consumer show featuring films, comic, anime, manga and video games.
