The Innocent Village Fete in Regent’s Park

If you want to have fun this weekend, and you’re in London, then head to Regent’s Park for the Innocent Village Fete! This is a non-profit making event that supports Samaritans, Friends of the Earth, Wellchild and the innocent foundation.

Visit Regent’s Park for an afternoon of ferret racing, cake eating, Morris dancing and other nice things that innocent people do at fetes.

Innocent Village Fete Highlights:

* Play silly games: There’s welly-wanging, duck-herding, a coconut shy, ferret racing, Morris dancing and old fashioned funfair rides. Take your pick!
* Eat nice food: Choose from cream teas, home-made cakes, stalls from Borough Market, or even bring your own picnic

* Dance to music: Live music includes The James Taylor Quartet, Imelda May, The Fairey Band, The Ukulele Orchestra and The Boy Least Likely Too

* Entertain the kids: The special kids’ zone includes a petting zoo, a reading area and kids’ food stalls.
